We needed wall repairs, painting and woodwork trim staining after we had two windows replaced in the dining room with a large picture window.

We saw so many Niklaus Painting signs and wanted a local contractor so we contacted Niklaus Painting and within 24 hours we received a call from Steve who visited, listened to our thoughts than subsequently offered several options to enhance and upgrade our dining room. Since we were unsure what we wanted to do, Steve returned a 2nd day with a coworker and we discussed the process for the options we were considering.

We not only asked Niklaus to take care of the dining room walls but also remove the popcorn ceiling and refinish it.

Since Steve visited every day and talked to us while the dining room was being worked on and all was looking great so we asked Steve to look at our family room which had cracked walls and open ceiling seams.

----- Needless to say Niklaus upgraded the family room by eliminating the multiple wall cracks, fixing corner supports that were not installed securely when the house was constructed, refinished the ceiling and repainted the walls.

Our renovations encompassed gutting/renovations in the kitchen and two bathrooms. Prior to committing to contracting with Steve, we conferred with him frequently as we planned our renovations over many months. Having agreed to a start date, Steve dedicated two staff to the primary work of renovations and painting. They did excellent work, kept things clean, and were responsive to questions and requests. In the past, we have also worked with them on exterior repairs, painting, and windows with great results. For this recent project, we worked separately with the plumber, electrician, cabinets and counter providers. They all worked in conjunction with each other.
